I should convert files from catia to solidworks: Actually, I don't know if it's a good idea to remodel or make a few mages to save time.
which format should be imported?

How could you proceed?

I followed the directions but my laptop remains on "in processing" and does not open the .catpart file (Let's set the assemblies).

can it be because I use the version of solidworks 2014 and the file catia is generated with the v5-6r2016 version? ?
depends on the performance of my machine I think.
