draw coordinate points and label quota

Good morning to all,
work with autocad civil 3d 2017 and I came across a problem:
inside my card I have two layers, one in which there are the points with coordinate z = 0 but coordinated x and y correct, and a second layer containing text labels that express the quota (z) with x coordinates and y "balanced" (they would know the coordinates of the label); in practice with both active layers you see the point drawn in the correct planimetric position and at its side there is the label describing the point quota. I would need to export the points like x, y, z, associating with the x and y positions of the point, the quota expressed in the label. the points are so many so I'm looking for a solution to manage all the points together, although I don't know if it will be possible. I tried with extinction and I can extract the points like x,y,0 and the labels like x,y,0 with the quota expressed in the column "value" (only for labels) but to associate the quota to the point there is to be mad as the x and y coordinates are different.
I hope I've been clear and I thank you in advance who will be able to devote time to my problem.
Thank you.

the deltax and deltay of the quota text compared to the point is always equal or varied?

Unfortunately it varies from point to point.. even the size of the labels are different. .

Good evening to all,
I solved momentarily using a software called "arkitool 2015", downloaded for free at the link:http://www.arkisoft.es/en/th/foros/foro-arkitool/1724-mejorar-comando-blo-cambiaduring installation of arkitool is asked about which software you want to apply the program (as if it were a kind of addin), and after choosing autocad, the installation ends. Once installed a bar appears on the main screen of autocad and through the top-elevpoints command you access the wizard to place the z quota described in the label at the nearest point: you can set a distance within which the program searches the label.
I think arkitool is free only for the first seven days so it would still be useful to find a solution without installing any additional software.
cordial greetings
