esportare array in ansys apdl

Hello, everyone! then for a university tesin (ansys apdl) I have to find the maximum arrow and other parameters at different load values. I have made a model that I solve iteratively and saves the values in an array. The array is like:

load | 1000 2000 3000
arrow | 3 6 9
s von mises
mec. strain | 8 10 12

Can you export this array to a file (txt,cvs,dat)? How do you do that? I tried to search for ansys apdl but I didn't find anything.

I probably felt bad. I already have the array with all the values that interest me, I want to export it to a text file.
