one of the inconveniences in the use of the excel as autocad controller I have always found it in the management of the library to be added through the menu <riferimenti> of the vba.
created the xls file, this works only in the presence of the added autocad version, otherwise the vba communicates the error message, missing library and you have to intervene manually, operation not always known to the various users of the file or even worse, impossible in presence of code protection.
the attached file is made to work with different versions of autocad (2011÷2013) linking the right library according to that present in the pc, in completely transparent manners; it is possible to extend it to all versions.
to work you expect to find excels with macros and activated events.
in the file I entered the notes regarding the logic of operation in addition to the statement and explanation of the routines.
any comment will be appreciated.
greetings</riferimenti>
