export dxf from ipt file

Good morning.
Excuse me if I still break the boxes. here you used to export dxf files for laser cutting from the developed ipt model. the thing is very slender and very expensive. the justification is that unlike other cad inventor scales the model instead of the table, then exporting a hypothetical idw the file would not be scaled. how do you suggest to operate? the goal must be to have a correct dxf file and an operation as automated as possible (and therefore fast).

If development is on the same scale as the main view, this problem should not exist. if instead use a different scale then, exactly as in autocad, has different measures.

we, since not everyone pays attention to this particular unfortunately, in order to overcome the problem we have imposed that development is in scale 1:1 on a second sheet, so that when exported there are never doubts whatsoever.

the solution suggested by @drbarde It is the simplest and, in my opinion, preferable.

only for completeness of information I point out that there is another solution, to use/personalize the .ini configuration file for export.

I took a look at the links of the last message. here in the company, saving the profile dxf from the detail, you must repeat the same sequence of commands for each part: select flat model>save as>select the folder> selection the configuration>save.
I would like to automate this procedure, so also by means of a quick command, but I have the suspicion that we cannot because of this message:

"it is not possible to use .ini-files created by inventor for this export!"

means I have to select the .ini file every time instead of charging it by default?

There should be no automation problems for this type of operation.

the steps are correct, but a couple of pictures of the settings would help to understand the problem.
