export to excel tabled entities with autocad 2004

Hello, everyone. I need to export a table like that of the attached file to excel.
I used the search function.. but unfortunately I couldn't solve the problem. Can you help me?

I managed to export the data.. but the columns appear in disorder.. basically the application works.but I probably mistaken the export settings. I tried to select text, value, and csv files. Where am I wrong?
