family default revit architecture absent

Hi, I have recently installed revit architecture, the problem is that when I turn it on, it does not find the default file in the journals folder, which is a nice problem because so I have no family to refer to to to to start the project. I also checked inside the folder and in fact the above file does not exist.. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When did you install revit you connected to the internet?

the starting template is located in the metric templates folder, at the limit if you do not find it use the "search" function of windows ).
also verify that the file path is inserted in the "file placement" field of the menu "options " ( menu bar - top - r large "revit")
