If you use welded elements you are doing a multibody part so you can't repeat a function, you have to repeat the body. check in the command options and you will see that there is the field to activate to select the bodies and then it works for sure.
if however the goat is complex iho must select a lot of stuff. Do first work together and make the single roe series from there.
