how do i select a point and see the deformation values in results files?

I have an obd file of a bioreactor model that pushes a membrane, I would like to know how to select the central point of the model and understand the deformation values relative to the last frame (maximum def) to understand in proportion those corresponding to 4.5% and 7% deformation
