import / export file step e iges

as object from today (without installing or uninstalling anything) I can not import or export any files in iges format or step.
When I try to export it tells me that it cannot save because there is a translation error.

"c:\std\2rs1.par could not be saved because of a file translation error "

Have you ever happened? Can you tell me a solution?

What version and sp do you have? There had been a similar problem, and if you look back in the forum you find also written how to solve.

Try another Windows user, so at least you know whether the problem is in the user profile or in the general settings of the program.

check these settings from solidedge options:
- guide elements, set default models (*1)
- file location, template

(*1) if the paths listed here do not (more) refer to existing and valid files can no longer import.
