import user data and email in cartiglio draft on solid edge st9

I searched on the forum but did not find an answer to my question.

I am using solid edge st9 and I am looking for a system to insert into a new draft (which I will use as a model for multiple users) automatically the information contained in the section "Settings - Options - User Information"

in particular I want to put in the folder information about the user name and email address of each individual designer, information present at the program level in this section:
I tried to search among the possible alternatives provided by "revoke text" that you can put in the draft but I can't recover the above info.. .

then, for the username I use the formula %{author}, which retrieves the username of windows, that is to say what you login with. for the email I didn't find a solution, except to inherit a variable in the draft template and call it as a property text, but then you would have the problem of having to assign a different template to each user giving up having it standard for everyone in a central position.

to me it works with windows username, maybe solid edge does a double search. try using a template without that info and see what comes out in the cart.

your consideration is more than correct, but it happens very often to us that the companies that produce the pieces write us directly mail with requests for clarification in relation to the drawings.

I was only wondering if there was a chance to pull up that data, since it is registered on each location with solid edge license and is a certain and nominal data.

if there are other possibilities to import data evaluated everything, if it is not possible to do so I will evaluate to completely remove that field, leave the phone number of the switchboard and put the user name of the designer (the one taken from windows login).

if the mails are always different between the various users, i would manually compile a custom property, maybe managed in the propseed.txt, so the value of the mail does not need to write it every time but it is enough to recall it from a drop-down menu.
