impossible to edit tree parameters model after find

It's just a week I'm trying creo2 after so many years of wf5 and I'm caught up in an unpleasant drawback.
I try to explain:
First with the wf5, in the presence of a set, I could use the "research tool" function to identify all those components that came into a criterion, then filter them into the model tree and then finally go to change their textual parameters in the model tree.
with creo2 works everything except the last step, i.e. it doesn't allow me to edit the parameters of the components that identified me/filtrate.
I'm desperate. You know how I can solve this problem?

In the meantime, thanks to the quotes to search for more codes, I didn't know.

for those interested I "resolved" my problem by creating a monstrous macro....
from the find I create a layer (service) that includes all the results, then I create a simplified representation (also of service) (by default: exclude components) that recalls the components previously annexed in the layer rendoli visible in "main representation" and finally filter the tree going to remove the "objects" check from the "shaft filter" settings.
the result is correct but I would have wanted to save ste couple of hours of macro.... hate when in the presence of an update program inhibit functions. . .

I'm still waiting if someone can suggest me a better way, bye!

Hi, I'll try to answer if I know what you want.

try this way:

Once used the instant filter and “+” button of the same uses the dx button on a selected axieme element->change parameters.
you will open the parameters management window inherent to the preselection made.
select the desired parameter again button dx-> select all parameters with the same name, then perform the desired action (new button dx->change properties).

Since using the "research tool" command works equally well and in addition I can get the selection of "components" and not "parts", my last goal was to make a multi-management (e.g. first mass introduction or multi-substitution) of the "locazione_distinta" feature parameter and with your procedure, from the first tests done, it works well! ! !
Now I'll just enclose it all in macros.
