Good morning, after a year I can't find a job in emilia. I'm probably wrong. Covid can no longer be an excuse. So I ask here to you, maybe you've been there and found a solution. my resume is not the best cv, no experience and a degree (ing. mecc.) not full votes. But I thought you could at least prove on the field, but nothing.

I look for work on linkedin, responding to all related ads (design, design, industry 4.0, management/logistics, in short everything is broth) with the formula "candidates now", because all other offers refer to third-party sites that really laugh (I seem bots that take the ads and copy them from one side to another).

have you had luck with linkedin? are there other platforms where to check job ads? have you found work in some other way that I may not know? Do you know maybe some emilial industry that is looking for personal right now?

test with interinal agencies. Maybe you work a few months in administration but at least start. if you like the company you will hire directly.

I can't take advantage of apprenticeship, unfortunately. This means that not having this oppurunity, it would be better to let go of the degree and find a different job (for now I have never run for a lathe operator, warehouse, why would I have liked to take advantage of the degree)?

in its time I had inserted my cv on infojobs and monster, in those sites pass all search and selection agencies.
then you have to devote time to the various sites of the agencies, to spulciate the ads and send your candidacy.
Another important thing, after a few days a phone call should be made to check if the same was read.
It happened to me several times that it had not even been opened, they did it directly at the time of my phone call and oplà, they found the interesting profile.

99 out of 100 who gives you the first interview doesn't even know what the mechanic is (the wife of the mechanic). Basically, who should propose you as a candidate for a technical sector doesn't even know what we're talking about (and would you like to be a representative? ? ).
You're an engineer, you're an engineer. I had done a presentation brochure with some projects I had done. I had sent it not to look for fixed work but post-work collaboration. the name turned and now besides some job post work they contact me for fixed work. I will have a different way of approach to work but I am convinced that you should have an approach as if you were ''the employer of yourself''' even if you are dependent. You must have an entrepreneurial mind. .

the only real interview I did with a Bolognese company, there was both the hr manager and a real engineer. 45 minutes of interview all about technical questions (work, fatigue, alternatives)... I really enjoyed it but I was not selected. . .

If I had plans I would do it myself, but unfortunately I have no plans to share. They always say they don't go through the two pages, in fact I was minimalist and I chose a single page for my resume (it's not the Europass, I did it on indesign)... I thought the resume could stand out more instead nothing. . .

When I was talking about interinals, it's because they usually turn around when they look for non-critical figures, or "hole hood" for a temporary period (which could be a designer for example, not a designer). It can still be an entry door in the world of work if the others don't work.

Surely the companies lean on the interns but take for example the real estate agencies ... you prefer to buy house from an agency and pay its % or choose a house and buy it directly from a private. beyond all many companies, especially the most structured, have the internal hrs.. .
