about your question, instead yes, I had happened with a press center with which I also had problems with fonts!! and the only way to overcome the empasse was to attach to dwg, textures, and in my case also fonts!

I also tried with this procedure typing from keyboard etransmit and saw that it exported me to a single compressed file all its dependent files related to the design but the project always arrived without the textures.

Thank you all, in the end I solved so: I created a folder, I copied everything inside (dwg + texture) then I zipped with winrar. the error was initially determined by the fact that I only zipped the dwg file, instead, I should have zipped the entire folder (dwg + texture).
