insertion cartiglio dwg on solidworks

I'll tell you briefly about my problem.
I have a paper mill in dwg and I have to import it into the sheet format of my table in solidworks.
use the command tools>block. ..> Insert and I go to select the dwg file I need. the cartilage matters, but the text of the cartilage is imported as if it were in a smaller scale.

what can be the reason?

solidworks does not matter drawings with texts out of scale. Anyway don't import it as a block. There's something wrong with dwg. open autocad, open solid....ctrl+c and ctrl+v and you're done.
