I have access to all the dassault library to download everything but I'm not able to install and run caia
someone can help me, also wanting to connect remotely

there is an installation file does all of it --> setup.exe

I press that they are ignorant about installations etc....
I downloaded from site 3ds the files:
v5-6r2020.sp6.spk.win_b64-1-1
v5-6r2020.sp6.pdir_multibrand.1-1

within the folders there is no setup.exe file

if I click on the startspk.exe file the window appears with the word "install the b30 level code"

you only downloaded the service pack.. That's why you can't
you must first install the version of caia and then the service pack that would be upgrade.
then obviously it also serves the license manager.. and last the license code that is issued by dassault

if you have already installed all the above mentioned.. the procedure is identical

If you already have all the installations you should do it as someone who did the other ones, because you don't just need to install, but configure the environments, the stantards, the catia options and maybe even customizations or macros............. it is not difficult but if you have no idea to leave it to be xche maybe with this you will be ok xché you will install everything as default and who did the others has renamed folders and files of cfg , to the next version you will overwrite everything ......... and will begin the problems .
