It's been a long time since I've been writing myself years ago.

installed st7 I can't "program" it to activate/disable the view of the individual components' plans directly from the keyboard.
Can anyone help me?

You can't because you don't know how to do it, or why don't you find the command? because if you don't find it maybe it's because that command doesn't exist.
