I had already tried to change color to the "Vroce Pointer" (it calls it so in the color card), but the elastic always remains gray, I tried to put it also purple but remains gray

How is it possible that my ati 4870 video card a few years ago has no problem managing a 2013 autocad file while the 2000 picture nvidia that I have on the office pc with i5, 8gb of ram is very slow, with many shots despite having already updated the drivers and enabled hardware acceleration?
