how can I build a macro in me10 that if I don't find a certain file (with a well defined name), I charge one by default?? ?

Now don't let me use my bad memory, I'll tell you what I can on the fly
you have to split the programming into two parts, in dos (unix or other) search the file and write in a text file the result (dir > file.txt with the right "pees" to truncate the names and write only what you look for) then in me10 do a "load" taking as imput the external text file.
It's confusing, if I find a script that's already done, even though I worked in hp-ux and shell programming has powerful tools to use text files as databases.
