Bye to all,
I am a researcher/aspiring ship designer.
I have the task of making a mesh to hexaedri on patran of a shovel of a naval propeller. useless to say that isomesher does not work because the solid is not triparametric.. I don't want to leave the idea so easily and pass to tetra8. drawing on your experience, what do you recommend? ?
-Doing a surface mesh on the faces of the solid would help?
- if I did a sort of mesh flat parameterized for many circular sections and then the unissi would risk only to go mad with a useful result equal to 0?
I attach two sketches to give you an idea of what geometry you are talking about.
thanks in advance for every suggestion.
