mirror parts in motion skeleton

Hello, everyone!

I have a simple leverism to 4 parts + 4 mirrors of which I attach image (in red the 4 original and in green the 4 mirrors).
I created a motion skeleton with a sketch of 4 lines (one for each component), inside which I created the 4 parts.
in the main axieme I then create the 4 parts and everything acts!
then part by part I create comp --> mirrored part --> etc.

so I have my set nice and ready.
However, when the first 4 components move together, the 4 mirrors do not move but "follow" the originals only after regenerating.

the question is: how can I create mirrored parts directly connected to the skeleton, how does it happen for the original 4 comps?

thank you in advance for the answers!

No, they work well!
I created them directly as motion skeleton using "pin" as single hinges and "cylindri" in double hinges. but still the cinematic is not questioned as everything moves correctly.
the problem is that the mirror parts do not follow the originals in the dragon with the handle, but they "rejoin" to them after regenerating.

I'm not experienced, so don't consider my intervention too much.
I wrote you because alongside those three parts there is a symbol that usually marks the partially bound parts.
then on the top right I also see the red ball, but I don't know if it is related to animation or unfinished assembly.

I saw the symbols next to them (I don't remember their meaning to say the truth!) but it all works.
the red ball is a regeneration error of a featuring of the part004 that I created with a reference that loses... then I will also add that.

mirrored parts always follow the post regeneration, if you want them to move together you have to apply the connections to mirrored parts related to the created part from the skeleton.
In summary, you need to reconnect. :-)

There you go! (I thank the trotto and the mythical ozzy!)

when I did edit definition on the mirrored comp warned me that I would lose the constraints and so I stopped.

If I have understood so after creating mirrored parts I must redefine their positioning and refer it to the original parts from which they were mirrored.

I'll try so then!

I'll let you know!

Thank you!

That's right.

because the handling in itself cannot be mirrored, you are mirroring only geometry, not its cinematic behaviour.

Perfect, solved!
even if other problems came out, this is solved.
for me you can also close! :finger:
