operation failed due to the geometric condition

Hi, I wanted to do a simple extrusion to complete the cockpit of the aircraft that I am drawing but gives me the following error:
"the operation failed due to the geometric condition"
I can't understand this geometric condition what it is and where I'm wrong. the same sketch extrudes quietly if they place it on another side. all the extrusions I make inside the plane carcass give the same error message. I'm getting crazy. Thank you.

premise: I have no chance to open the file and then try the command.
as described, however, it is not an error of the sketch (this is extruded quietly if placed on a different plane) but, probably, performing the extrusion, somewhere you go to create solids with thickness 0, as it could happen between two tangent edges. therefore the software is not able to calculate the geometry.

if you extrude the sketch by unchecking the solids succeeds. ..before there must be some area where the two solids have a non-consona geometry

I solved so... then you see if it fits into your design intent, extrude the sketch by unchecking the union of the result. scale the dashboard for a value of 1.005 so that the solid intersects better the fuselage and combines (boole operation) the two bodies

I did some tests and I solved by increasing the size of the sketch with an offset of that little that allows me to penetrate into the wall of the plane, then I created a plan to distance on which I made another sketch with analog procedure and finally a loft and relative guidelines with 3d sketch and my cockpit realized. the very recurring problem is the creation of zero-dimensional objects so you have to try to connect and not stay on the surface. thanks and the next one.
