pdf products with spac

good morning, I have been provided with pdf files produced by the spac (electric cad for design) that present the problem indicated in the figure.as you see the tracks are open and unlined.
Has anyone had experiences like this?
solutions?

What's wrong? pdf is only a display document, it is obvious that the supplied plate will not have those interruptions.
opened it with other pdf readers? contacted who provided you the pdf?
would the solution only serve to view a continuous profile?

that in the image is the mask of a display.
pdf format is not only used to display but is used by software to create documentation to print.
the track should not be opened and in fact it is not in the source file of spac.
if from spac a dwg file is exported then open with illustrator the track is correct.
the problem arises in pdf file generation from spac.

it might be useful to understand how other users of spac or software cad create pdf files of their designs.

have you tried to open the pdf with other readers?

I tried.
I also tried to export to eps format but here has another problem: the resulting eps file is empty (1k).
