prevent creating dwl files

Good morning.
I would like to disable the creation of .dwl files, I tried with the command "_appload but I do not find the function "whohas.arx", how can I do to solve this problem?? ?

Why do you want to turn it off? is deleted at closing drawing

it is possible to prevent their creation through a modification in windows registry keys, going to delete this key (this is referred to autocad 2004, for other versions is to be found). in any case always first phase a backup copy of the register:
hkey_local_machine\software\autodesk\autocad\r17.x\acad-xxxx:yyy\applications\acadwhohasin any case I dismay.

In fact, I also sometimes curse the dwls: it happens that when the pc crashes (and it is far from rare!), then you have to restart several times before you can eliminate them.... otherwise the files you open are "read only", because already opened by the user ... yourself!
