problem depth in the stairs

problem depth in the stairs:as shown in images, the depth of the scale does not work properly. leaves spaces shortly before (under 2 steps) of the landing.
the depth of the highest steps does not reach the ground. takes the form zig zag.
I changed different parameters but it doesn't work.
Do you have any advice or notices to give me? Thank you.

you have some geometric problem in contours/lifts. without seeing the file it is impossible to tell where the problem is
