problem in moving autocad on second monitor

when autocad-2016 start and move it to the second monitor, it happens that buttons with control groups that should open to the center of the screen to select the command to run, instead open to the outside of the screen going to finish their display in adjacent monitors but the commands that contain are not active. if I retranslate the program on the first monitor everything is correct. same anomaly if I translate the program on the third monitor.
if in windows I go to say that the monitor where I put autocad (second or third that it is) is the main monitor, the anomaly disappears.
Is there a system variable that removes the program from the main monitor and therefore prevents this anomaly?
or is there any other escamotage to resolve this issue?
thanks to anyone who can help me.

I also noticed that by moving autocads on the 2nd monitor, the bars and dialogs remain on the first (one of all the rapid props). but I haven't been able to solve it yet.
actually do not remain on the "first", but on what windows uses as the main (that's why if you put the second monitor as the main problem is solved)

@claudio59 It's nice to see you don't care about your discussion anymore. answering maybe you would have helped other users.
It's just, "I don't care about anything about my discussion anymore," I didn't have time to devote myself.
I saw the discussions you posted, thank you, I tried to deepen them but the bad English moi and my lack of familiarity with various configurations make me very difficult.
However the "message 3 of 5" of the discussion "dialogue boxes appear on wrong monitor" of the forum of autodesk.com seems to me to have a chance to solve my problem.
my video card is a geforce gtx960m the driver is 461.40 but I don't know how to go to find the desktop manager "nview" we talk about to configure the monitors. I found one, but I think it's the one for the "frame" since after the installation sent me a message of non-compatibility with the installed driver, so I deleted it.
Now I'm looking forward to the starting point, if I want multiple commands to work properly, I have to make the monitor main where I'm drawing.
Thanks for the help you gave me.
