problem opening new part/axis/drawing

good evening to all, I write you because after three days of defeat I failed to solve this problem alone and not even with other posts of the forum..

As soon as I press on the 'new' icon, I start to slow down to the inverosimile and the mouse dart turns into the loading circle. I tried to leave him so fearing it was a problem of lag but after forty minutes of loading I didn't solve anything at all.
However I can open already designed parts and change them as I want. in practice I can no longer create parts, assembling them, or new designs because you plant everything and touch me to close sw from the task management screen. at nothing it served uninstalling and reinstalling or restoring sw. I also tried to work disabling the antivirus but nothing. Is anyone already facing this problem and can you suggest a solution?

use sw with a student design kit 2016 and my computer has the following features:
windows 10 pro 64 bit
intel core i7-4700hq cpu 2400ghz
8.0 gb ram
intel hd graphics 4600

using another computer with sw found only today I managed to solve the problem: in the settings> models of the documents were present two voices instead of only one and evidently went into conflict when trying to create a new file.

I'll write the solution if you need someone else with my own problem.

in opzioni>positions of files>models of the document you can safely find multiple addresses so you have how many templates they need (differentiated by customer, material, welded or not, in inches or millimeters, and so on)
to access all templates the opening window of the new document must be on advanced and not on beginner http://help.solidworks.com/2016/italian/solidworks/sldworks/hidd_new_document.htm
