problem snap not working with new polyline

Hi, I have a problem with snaps.
es: if I leave from an existing polyline, they work, unlike a new polylinea, I don't work.

correctly reformulate the question because in the first post you declare that the snaps (therefore they are all) do not work on existing polylines while in the last one you cannot close it because a precise snap does not work.

The first obvious question is:
Did you activate the end snap?

first of all thanks for the prompt response.
I repeat the question:
existing entity / all active snaps / start from one point with a polyline, (active snap and hooked to the existing entity) close my polyline on the existing entity always with the snap.
I create a new figure, always polylinea, after a couple of vertices I want the same to hook up to the first with an average snap that even if enabled does not fuonziona

if you press and shift and select the average snap specifically works for you?

no, not even in that case, only if I interrupt the polylinea and restart it works
