problem with assi ucs prolungati

Hello, everyone! I'm new in this forum and I introduce myself before I expose you my problem..I call maria I'm 20 years old and I'm a student at the first year of architecture. I'm still at the first autocad weapons even this year I used it daily but today something that had never happened to me and I couldn't solve yet knowing the program well. While working on my project by changing the view from 2d to assonometric, I realized that the axes of the ucts presented the prolonged letters and therefore all the final parts of the lines were prolonged.. how do I solve this problem? thanks in advance of the aid
ps: if it can helptre I have the 2014 version of autocad and I attach a photo of the axes

Unfortunately it is not only a graphic problem, all existing lines and that I do are prolonged by compromising the result of the project. .

I don't know, it could also be seen that once the PC restarts, the axes are back normal. I hope that this is not temporary.
