problem with autocad 2013 very slow

Good morning, everyone.
I'm working with autocad 2013 and for a few days I'm getting slower and slower to the point of not being able to perform the simplest operation as tracking a line without making me wait minutes.
How can I do that? I enabled hardware acceleration, the file weighs about 5 mb and work on an acer with processor core i7 graphics card nvidia geforce 710m with 2 dedicated gb, and 8 ram gig.
I just don't understand, and I'm in trouble because I have the exam in a week.[][][][]grazie.

Don't you have a full disk?
Since you are a student you can download and enable free of charge with a three-year license all the autodesk software you want. try using a newer version.

Hello and thank you for the answer. So do I recommend downloading autocad 2014 or 2015? You mean my full PC's hard drive?
