problem with gli x-rif autocad (jpeg)

from a few days I have some problems with x-rif display (Jpeg format)
After corporate migration on onedrive, my colleagues no longer see some x-rifs I connected to various designs.

links have been updated and references are in the correct folder.

The strange thing, moreover, is that when I open it I see it all correctly. Can anyone help me? Thank you!

make sure that xrif routes are set on "relative" and not on "absolute".
use secureremoteaccess command to set value 0
set xloadctl on 2 or 0.
chargedemandard tax on 3.

I use civildesign digicorp, and x-rifs that are connected, are orthophotos (jpeg) that discharge directly with the commands of the appropriate software menu.

from my pc opens me the orthophoto georeferentiate correctly (e.g. the relief of Piazza duomo di milano, has under the orthophoto of piazza duomo), but in the palette of external references tells me that it is a "missing reference".

even from the pc of other colleagues only uploads the reference link with the frame of the photo, but in the path, there is written as if the photo was in my user folder, and not shared on onedrive as I did.

you need both forks to figure out where the differences are, if you don't want to post them, compare them, but to work they must be identical.
alternatively all references can be transformed with relative path, in this case it must be equal only the upper level in which references are found.

in the autocad configuration under the "project file search path" create a voice (it could be the number of orders or any other name) then, join the created entry a folder with name to pleasure in a path accessible to all. after imposed for each design the variable "projectname" to the project created. in the created folder, put the xrifs you need. when you open the drawing, autocad checks if the variable exists and goes to search the files at the address of the folder. It also works with people who are not part of your local network because autocad only needs to know if the variable is set and the path associated with the variable. Look, I think I fixed it.

the problem resided in synchronizing onedrive cloud saving.
I didn't wait for him to load and go straight to his partner to open the dwg.
instead waiting for a few minutes, the images were loaded correctly, so I think that's the problem.
