problem with pro/e wf4 and config.pro

Hello everyone.. .
This is my first post here and I really hope to have help.. .
I have a problem with wf4, win 7 32 bits, as if they place a config.pro (although I create it) in the bin directory (where is the proe.exe executable), pro/e not part.
vice versa, if I remove it, start, but obviously without any configuration loaded, and it is not the maximum.. .
Does anyone have any idea/suggestion?
could deal with your permissions, since they are within a corporate domain?

the bin directory is not the most correct to place the config.pro, I suggest you put it in any folder, at your choice, npoi go on the launch icon of pro-e, right click propretà and in the field from you put the path of that folder.

I tried to move it, but the result doesn't change...
On the contrary: I also tried to charge it after starting pro/e, but, quite inexplicable, it crashes...

You should understand what's wrong with the config.
If you can post it in .zip format, let's take a look at it.

config.pro is a problem regardless of its content...: I tried to create one with one setting but it behaves the same way...

I think more than a config.pro problem is a hardware problem.
