problems installation

I have problems with the 4d cinema installation.
any version you use during the installation procedure, displays the message "unsuccessful installation". then opens a very small window (like those of windows error) with nothing written inside it.
What can I do?

Which means "any version you use"? ? Sorry, but what version did you buy? have you already contacted the dealer's assistance?

on an old cd of some magazine was present, version r11, I think.
At that point I tried to download the demo r12 and now I'm trying with the demo r13.
but none of the versions go.
no I did not try to contact the assistance center.

if needed I have a pc with w7, 4gb ram, 2ghz processor. even if the characteristics should not serve.

in practice with the first version that I had managed to install the software worked, but it gave me a mistake to a dll. I tried to uninstall it and install it again, but it never came to completion the installation operation.
