problems start inventor license

Good morning, I opened inventor 2023 this morning and everything worked, about 20 minutes after I reopened it and found myself this screen. I tried to restart the license server (lmtools), reinstall it, recheck the license file but nothing, I couldn't fix it. You know how to do that? Thank you.
