problems with simulation results

Good morning.
I hope you can help me. doing a structural analysis of a piece, the results that come out of the simulation are very different from physical testing. I better explain: the deformation values in analysis do not correspond with the deformation that is generated during testing in the laboratory. Can someone better understand where I'm wrong?

I'd say it's hard to answer. We don't have the magic wand. The question is too generic. you will have wrong material, constraints, loads... .
what test did you do, how did the piece? ? ?
