quota sizes in autocad 2013

hi to all, I have a problem with autocad 2013, they gave me a dwg already quoted and wanting to add I of the quotas remain very small compared to those already existing.
Premetto are not a pro with autocad, but setting all correctly styles, text size and what else, my odds always remain small.

in practice the quotas visually are very small, but the value is correct.

in annotation quota styles I have verified the properties of the existing quotas, and I maintain the same ways for those I want to add. the scale value is 1. take a look at the properties of a quota with the screen I attach.

Okay, and would you kindly be able to tell me where to set that 20 so that all the odds I put in are correct? Would I be very grateful?
