realview graphics problem

Hello, everyone.
I press that I am neophyte both of solidworks and of this forum, so if I make mistakes, let me notice. ..spero without a ban from the forum :biggrin: .
So...

everything started when the other yesterday I was doing some solidworks tutorials to figure out how it works without doing the total self-taught, losing in that way whole days without understanding how to draw a line or make a rotation extrusion (I learned so to use 4d cinema.. even if I went to college. . ).

I'm coming to the point.
Realview graphics. on the tutorial I was following (one of the first ones), the last step was to view the piece previously created in realview graphics.
as they say, I go on display -> and then.. I realize that the realview is gray (I can't crush the button. . ).

I'm starting to investigate.

technical premise:

use solidworks 2013 premium on one of the inspiron 15r with:
processor: intel® coreTM i7-3632qm of third generation (up to 3.20 ghz, 6m cache);
operating system: windows 8 64bit;
memory: 1 ddr3 sdram from 8 gb2 to 1600 mhz;
video card: 2gb amd radeon hd 7730m

I add that it is brand new.

because I do not know this program and, with a similar (in my opinion) belva, I think I should be able to get wonderful results. .
including realview graphics.

2 questions:
-How can I set the program in order to interface perfectly with the graphics card?
- and if there's a missing support problem on the graphics card by sw?

when I took this laptop it seemed to me to be the most powerful and with a rather competitive price.. (maybe I could get some nice workstations... ! ! ! )

Thank you in advance.. and congratulations for having read such a long poem:biggrin:

Hello!
hi, it's because you have to use a realview program even on video cards for gaming like gerforce and radeon of ati.
the program is called "realhack" and the version for solidworks 2013 is 3.5 and you can download it qui

Okay, you're doing the tutorials.. I guess you're also reading the guide. relative to the rv expressly explains that it can only be activated with certified cards, not with yours. partly resolved (at least for visualization) with the above batch... If he's been talking about it for a lifetime, a circle would have solved you right away.

thanks arzigogogolo for the timing of your answer.
I downloaded and started the realhack... and nothing has changed. .

ps for sampom: as I said before, I am new.. both for this forum.. both for solidworks.
before I came here in this forum I did a lot of research... and just because I didn't find anything I came here to ask... anyway. thanks for the clarification.

Thank you again!

strange, if you click on "hack it" should work, at least with me it worked even though I have solidworks 2012 and used version 2.0 on a geforce 560 tab you.
try to repeat the procedure by clicking on "unistall" and then on hack it again.
try with both versions, 2.0 before and 3.5 after and see if something happens.
to me it worked with a nvdia, but it should also go on the ates.
try reading this guide, you should solvehttp://solidworks.burkesys.com/2011/10/realview-graphics/
