recover a corrupted dwg file

I was working on a project when hitting my computer, I had to shut down.
when I turned on it appeared to me: management recovery drawings.
telling me that the auto save file was: projectn°2_1_1_0041.sv$
However if I put it like in " search " tells me no files found
in automatic save file location says:
c:\users\quattr1\appdata\local\temp\
you could tell me how to proceed

in the indicated path you found the sv$ file? if you, move it somewhere (e.g. desktop) and change the extension in dwg then try to reopen it

Sorry you could explain how to get to that folder (I'm not very grasped, I have window 7) then if for example if I go on search and write sv$ I don't find any files, and even if I write the file name projectn°2_1_1_0041.sv$ doesn't give me anything
