restore default values for all attributes of a block.

Good morning to all, I have a design formed by many blocks, formed in turn by many attributes, these attributes all have a default value, having modified all values manually, does there exist a command to reset everything and reinsert default values? I hope I've been clear? Thank you.

thanks 1000 tristan, the lisp worked great, restored all attributes values to the default state, there is only one problem: the blocks I am using are formed by about 20 attributes of which only half has set a default value, in others there is no default value because they contain the purchase data (e.g. customer, work, wbs, city etc...) and for these fields I have lost data, it is possible to update only the attributes that have a default value?. thanks in advance.
