set the classic interface in autocad 2016

Hi, I would like to know how to change the main screen of autocad 2016(below), I would like to make it like that 2008 (over) (or similar), because at school they taught me with that, and at home I miss, and I do not find some commands.

bhé plannerroad I find myself better with classical setting instead of ribbons. I set the necessary icons, which are certainly not only line and quota, and by now I click them almost by memory and I just make a single click instead of two (choices tab and launch command) three if I also have to expand the curtain of the grouped commands. I sincerely do not see how the ribbon can improve the use of autocad except for laptops where the screen is small and many icons can limit the space of the design.

I find it even worse. a huge ribbon on the head of the graphic area greatly reduces the design space. a row of icons is much less impacting.
which is then thought for those who do not know or remember commands is different.
I have 60% of commands with keyboard shortcut and 15% on icon. I stay out of a 25% but are those you rarely use (such as presspull, interfer, propmass, xline, and similar)
On the other hand, to earn the space for icons, just abolish the sliding arrows (absolutely useless now with the zoom on the wheel)
