Hello.
have any of you ever tried to design rubber keypads with carbon contact?
if you want to know if, with an overprint, there is the possibility to have the upper surface of the contact (key) in plastic material, if yes, what type of material is usable with silicone and in what thickness ratio (s1 and s2)? I attach a figure to hope to make more clarity

how inherent is the automotive with the print you have to perform? to be more precise, the automotive has a specific technology or influence in the print you have to do?

You should first see if there is a polymer compatible with silicone, if yes I would say that there is no problem with a build.
Otherwise you might think of overmolding, so make sure that the silicone part covers a sufficient part of the polymer piece so that everything is soldered.
