solidworks24 properties from files

Good morning to all,
I recently downloaded version 2024 and many things have changed, some better others worse.
one of the things that have modified and that I have not found solution currently, are the properties of the custom file.
When I unload a file, then it doesn't make me edit them anymore, and I can't even reinsert them as it tells me that the property is twofold.
Is there any check or operation to do to edit custom properties?
I currently create a set and then save it as a part. but it's just a bypass....

hi sincerely I do not realize that in 2024 they have changed something about custom properties. I did a test just before I answered you, I tried to open a part built in 2023 and the properties are editable, same thing with new parts in 2024.
Try posting an example to figure out what you see that I don't see.
It can be that you opened an opposite hand symmetrical part created with the custom property connection option. in that case you can not change also because it is the check itself not to make them change.

hi, I imported the step and from me it is fine, I realized that the problem lies in the system options --> matter.
I think you've activated the 3d connect check, check it out and you'll see that when you import a part the properties are not frozen.

I already got that check off.
my doubt was that I have to create a property file in the drop-down menu to the right, only that from them I never did, I have to study how to create it.
I tried to find out if there was anything else blocking this thing.
I don't want there to be some other tick, because when I don't find a file, for x reason, it suspends me and it doesn't make me look for it anymore or relink, (sometimes I don't understand why opening the properties I see it right linked, but I quit, I put it up resolved, but it doesn't keep me active) while until the 23 click above and I appeared the file search and I could select what I was interested.
