a dx, wacom tablet with stylus (70/80 euro )
I've been doing this for years, never had a problem with pain.
the speed of movement with spacemouse and the precision of wacom, are a great help for those who do our work.
I also tried tablets of different brands, they did not satisfy me ( some also had the stylus with the battery inside, a splash )
3dconnexion, it does not have, literally, competitors, but it is worth all the money you spend.
among other things, he also works with different sw, type acrobat reader.

cadmouse does not replace spacemouse.
if you have productivity constraints and you also need ergonomic devices, the maximum savings you have by buying the bundle that includes both.

It is true that as someone says the pan can program it also on the mouse (type on the wheel)... but 1) on the spacemouse you can manage all 6 degrees of freedom in space simultaneously (there is no other device that allows you to do so. )
2) the normal mouse remains free, as well as the hand that controls it.

Yes, it is.
I could use the two buttons that are on the stylus of the tablet, but this would mean to keep the stylus properly oriented, as you should use a fountain pen.
