St6 on i7 16gb k2000 zoom block

Bye to all,
in the config in question, I find myself to have the block of zoom and rotations, on a particular, not even a set. .
every now and then the piece does not rotate or freezes despite my insistent request to zoom.

What can that be?

The same problem on st7, tried 3 drivers other than recommended by siemens to the last, same problems.

contacted the assistance and as usual they can not tell me a beloved ....

on 2 pcs different same symptoms, one with win 7 and 2000 framework, the other win 8 and picture k2000

checked if the board settings are set solid edge and if the advanced use is set in solid edge.

Yes, advanced video card with enabled view lists, in the temp directory there are just 4 mb of files

personally I would try to
1) Uninstall the drivers and reinstall them
2) if possible exchange the video card with high similar of a colleague using solid edge
