as much as you remember, thinkdesign exposes api-com, so the answer is yes.
sdk, examples and documentation were included with the program, I don't know anything else because I don't use the program from a lifetime.

These all cad3d have the possibility to record macros. some are simple, see soludworks using vba (as excel), other more complex as creo parametric. but they are not real programming language but are more similar to scripts.
