hi, we in the company do mechanical processing on cnc machining centers, and we have assembled the filter modules of ar filtrations, one for machine.
centralized solutions are also possible, but we must start with clear ideas.
are designed for the fogs that are created by the rotation of the tools inside the machines.
the manufacturer declares that the filtered air is even purer than the incoming air thanks to a few ppm filters (I don't remember the values).
It goes from itself that they require frequent maintenance, and they must be controlled by the impulse of start and stop of the machines, in order to avoid vacuum marching to a stopped machine.
In my opinion, for what they do cost a lot of money.... .
