toolbox: problem in separate design materials

hello to all, I submit the question as I did not find anything similar around.
work with solidworks 2015 and I slightly customized the toolbox by setting a custom coding and description in the appropriate columns (as explained in several parts).
everything well except when I go to put on the table and I call the distinct materials: here happens that the last screws-washers or other inserted in the axieme "inglobano" the previous ones: in practice in distinct materials of the table I have the correct number of components but only the code of the last inserted. I attach an image with the elements inserted together and what is then in separate table materials Am I doing something wrong or is it a general problem?

if a hexagonal screw m4x10 has a code 4100103 also all other hexagonal screws m4x10 will have to have a code 4100103.
if it is not so explained better and trying to use more espicative images since the distinct carries descriptions in Italian and toolboxes in English and we must read all the voices and understand what they indicate to make us an idea of how it should be distinct; perhaps highlights some elements to make the problem more immediate

thanks massivonweizen, I try to explain better by presenting a simpler practical case and detailing it with pictures.

I customized the toolbox by going to insert codes and descriptions to the various elements. below exemplary screen
Now, if I try to make a simple set, inserting a washer m6 and two growers (a m6 and a m8) I get this
then I go to get the table of my set, and I insert the table of the distinct materials I get this
that is the two growers are not distinct but have been grouped together under the code and description of one.
this happens to me with all the components of the toolbox.

this has actually solved the problem of "vision" of configurations. But now another problem is highlighted: always in distinct materials, some codes+descriptions are seen correctly, others do not. igo image

attach a small example of this situation (put some screws and verify that the distinct has the problem) making a pack&go so that there are your toolbox parts with your changes otherwise it would charge my that are standard.
therefore pack&go by paying attention to popping up Included drawings e including toolbox components.

I did more tests and I realized that the above behavior is presented only on the assemblies where I put the toolbox screws before they were customized.
In essence, changes on the toolbox do not update on axiemi.
If I delete the screws that give me problems and reinsercate them, the problem disappears.

apart from the annoyance in having to put all the assemblies back in hand, I am quite perplexed in front of this behavior and I do not know if I agree to continue in the customization of the toolbox. I am at my first experience with solidworks, I wonder what will happen when it happens to have to implement the new versions of the program with customizations set at this point. If the coding between one version and the other would be difficult to remedy it. Has anyone ever codified the toolbox and then passed to later versions of the program? were there any problems?

each version installs its toolbox, but you can direct the search for components to an existing one. If you overwrite the version you need to remember to save the custom toolbox to be able to replace it with the new one, with all the compatibility risks attached.
if you work with external studies your personalization goes to get fried.
If there is an internal coding system, perhaps it is worth considering the possibility of creating a library apart from its own criteria.
having a distinct in Italian and the parts in English is not the maximum comfort if you have to cross the data to make changes or counter errors. toolboxes do not have all the measurements of everything and create one requires more time than not to change an existing part and rename it.
and if you collaborate with external studies just do a dvd to have everything coordinated.
This is a possibility of course.
