good evening, I address the users of the forum to look for a solution to the following problem.
I need to create a topographic surface that can be used in revit so as to start a project.
I have requested the Ministry of the Environment the data lidar relating to the area of my interest, what I received are 2 files (relatives to contiguous zones) in .asc format

I ask for help for the workflow to be performed to create a revit surface or level curves in autocad so as to have a morphological base of the soil.
from the information I got on the internet the problem is that the file I have is not in .xyz format

Thank you in advance for your attention.

Thank you, I would have another question: how can I do to overlay the dtm to the ctr file and which program to use?

Yes, let the ctr match on the ground.
My final goal is to get a revit surface with overlapping cad so that we can start modeling the project. theoretically both ctr and cloud are georeferentiated so simply opening them in one same software should overlap, but so it does not happen.
if you have another solution for workflow are all ears

ps: revit also provides the option to load a cloud of csv-formats (separated from commas) the problem is that the txt .xyz file in my possession has as separators the spaces.
Thank you for your availability

depends on the software you use to open files. where did you do this first verification?
revit also provides the option to load a cloud of csv-format points (separated by commas) the problem is that the txt .xyz file in my possession has as separators the spaces.
with a normal text editor (also the win notepad) replace the spaces with commas; eye to the decimal separator, which must be the point
