toolbox disappear from the library and parts added manually

Good evening to all,
I would like to have little experience in the field as 22 years old who has been working there for only 2 months.
I work for a company that builds custom precision handles and by now last week, I don't know why, no more appears (toolbox included) in the library.
I also tried to solve the problem by reading theguida ufficiale solidworks 2016 if it was possible to re-enter it somehow but I couldn't find anything.. .

As for the "late" library that I manually added, I found the way to make it "reappear" all simply by clicking on "add to the library" once opened solidwork, and, as all the files that now frequently use I have uppati in the main directory, I just press once on "design library" and appear all the folders on the right. (I don't understand why I didn't need to do it every time while I do now).
but, with regard to the toolbox (use only for adding screws together, maybe for some rendering or import on swvisualize) I can't find the way to make it "reappear".

allego screen for completeness.Does anyone have any idea how to do it or any advice on where to find a suitable one for my needs maybe to manually reupp?
(certain times change the measurements of the screws by themselves even if except before closing a set)

if you can do guided drilling the toolbox is correctly configured however check in the options that the toolbox folder is right
verify that folders of toolbox parts are existing

if you have installed 2017 or 2018 verify that you have not overwritten the 2016 folder making the file unreadable

Yes I can do guided punctures but if I try to redirect the toolbox folder in the options comes out this error:I don't know how many times they have installed solidworks (there are 3 copies of the folder) but since I am here 2016 it was and 2016 remained, I haven't changed anything compared to last week.

making the same installation of the same version is definitely not healthy. Why not reinstall if there are problems?
However check if you have that file in that folder, otherwise copy it from one of the other installations that you may have deleted or corrupted

I went to see if in the folder of the last installation "solidworks data (3)" following the path I could find the files in question, and in fact in none of the 3 (I searched in all) there is that certain folder.then in the main directory of all 3 I noticed that there is the "lang" folder to which solidwork refers, and, regarding the file "swbrowser.sldedb" I noticed that only in the last installation "solidworks data (3)" the sought file is inside.then I tried to copy the "lang" folder in "c:\solidworks data (3)\browser\iso" but the problem persists.
I tried to reset in the options the path to the "folder creation wizard holes and toolbox" and the file failure did not appear. remains the fact that if you enter the bookstores nothing appears without doing the usual procedure (the first post) and toolbox even a track.. .

I contacted the assistance for another reason more than 10 days ago and I did not receive assistance at all. (because on the site after recording "my product" with serials, version and everything didn't activate me the chance to do anything. I needed access from the site to the solidwork visualize serial and of course now 3 days ago the trial version that used in the meantime has expired)

You say it's the only way to solve this? I'd like to avoid waiting for a few more weeks for me or a few of my boh... Meanwhile in some discussion about swreddit I found this website where I can download the sw parts that the company itself sells, at least to have something.

personally the toolbox, except the gears, it makes me particularly disgusting because, apart from the descriptions that make me suffer as each customer has its own fixes and must always convert the norms and descriptions, there is always the risk that it loads badly the configurations and to find itself with screws m16 in holes m8 or tabs of a d30 tree with the size of a d200 tree... and you can not lose time to recontrol all these things.
better make a personal library with optimized descriptions (if you have multiple customers make multiple copies of the same screw and change the properties) that can be managed with configurations or as single parts; for commercial are the sites of manufacturers or generic ones like tracepart, misumi, cadenas

with regard to my company the use of the toolbox only serves to make the most likely the axieme in rendering phase with a purely illustrative card without quotas. only to show the customer more or less what you are talking about (strangically never proposed by any designer before me and operating in the field "luxury", where the detail makes the difference, it seemed a detail of not little weight to the terms of final surrender)

in solidworksrx how do you mean this? if yes, can I continue to use the pc or is it like the benchmark test? (where they recommend rebooting before starting it, do not use the pc during testing etc)

I can't access the setup as the main solidwork directory is protected by utenza administrator and hidden, since I can't access it either via "open file path" from the link.
(the first 3 days I was without the internet to subdued dicks on dicks because they didn't want to give me the user to install the drivers of the mia Wi-Fi key, since ethernet wall outputs didn't even go....obviously just installed no e-mail guidelines to follow for about 1 week)
in all cases having found that site, with most products with the original solidwork parts, I can use those in renderings by changing only the measurements of functions or sketches in case I need specific measures.
Luckily, I just need that.
for the rest my files saved in the library are always available even if every time I have to follow the procedure I wrote in the first post without understanding what caused this.
