Can anyone help me? I have a quotated plan (high-level rates) in 2d, is there a way to report quotas to a zero other than what I have? I explain better, from topographic relief zero is reported to the starting station, and point 10 is to -5.30. Now I would like to bring zero to point 10, so all the quotas must be decured or added of that entity.
Is that possible? the quotas are informed text.
